A. Usually 6 to 9 months after the investment is made. It takes approximately 60 days to start the production of oil and 90 to 120 days to start the production of gas.

Q. How long will it take for investors to get their initial investment back?
A. Usually 24 to 36 months, depending on price and production. Investors getting their initial investment is not guaranteed.

Q. How long can investors get their distributions from their investment?
A. As long as the Wells are producing, approximately 6 to 10 years for oil, and 20 to 30 years for gas. The number of years are only an approximation and is not guaranteed.
